プライバシーポリシーに関して
APJ Inc.（以下、当社）は、お預かりしたお客様の情報を下記の通りお取扱いいたします。
- 当社は、個人情報の保護及び使用に関する日本の法律、規制、基準を遵守し、同情報の安全な社内管理のルールを確立し、実施し、維持するととともに、着実に改善してまいります。
- 当社は、個人情報を保護するためのコントロ－ルシステムを確立し、全ての社内関係者がこの方針を十分理解し、遵守するようにいたします。
- 当社は、本人の同意を得ることなく個人に係るデ－タ及び情報を第三者に開示することはいたしません。但し、法律により必要な場合、人間の生命、四肢、健康、及び財産を保護する必要があり、且つ、当該個人の同意を得ることが困難な場合、並びに、その他、止むを得ない合理的な理由がある場合は、この限りではありません。
- 当社は個人デ－タ及び情報の漏洩、喪失、毀損、並びに、それへの違法なアクセス防止に向け、適切なセキュリティ措置をとることにより、最善の努力をいたします。
- 個人デ－タ及び情報の入手、保持、開示に際して、当社は当該個人の権利、または利益が損なわれることがないようにし、当該個人からの個人情報に関するお問わせにつきましては誠実に対応いたします。
PRIVACY POLICY
APJ Inc.(hereinafter "The Company") will comply with all Japanese personal data protection use
- and other relevant laws, regulations and standards, and establish, appropriately implement, maintain and steadily improve its internal rules for managing such data securely.
- The Company will establish a control system for protection of personal data/information and work to ensure that all its officers and employees fully understand and strictly comply with this policy.
- The Company will not provide or disclose any personal data/information to a third party except asconsented by the person; provided, however, that this will not apply where it is legally required, where it is required to protect a human life, limb, health or property and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent, or where there is any other due reason.
- The Company will make its best effort to prevent personal data/information from being leaked, lost, damaged or illegally accessed, by taking appropriate security measures.
- Upon obtaining, retaining, using or disclosing personal data/information, the Company will ensure that no right or interest of the relevant person may be impaired, and will respond to inquiries concerning personal data/information from the person in good faith.
